Jimena Almendares is a Product Executive at Facebook where she leads strategic projects for the Facebook App. Before joining Facebook, Jimena was the VP of Global Expansion at Intuit and CEO and President of Intuit Payments Inc. She was also the Chief Product Officer at OkCupid heading the company through its IPO as part of the Match Group. Jimena has worked in 16 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.


Jimena graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris with a BA and MA in International Business and later received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was recently awarded the 2020 Fast Company Queer 50, 2019 Latino Leadership Award (by the Silicon Valley Business Journal) and the 30 Under 40 (by Expansión/CNN Magazine Mexico).


A three-time national ice-skating champion, Jimena has lived in eight countries, traveled to 49 and speaks five languages.

Ezinne Udezue is a Nigerian-American Product and Technology Executive. She is currently the Vice President of Product at Procore Technologies, a global construction SaaS company. Prior to that,  she led innovation, growth and platform teams at  Bazaarvoice, Time Inc and Discovery Media. 

 

Ezinne is an All-Star Mentor with TechStars, where she provides product guidance and coaching to startup founders and teams. She also serves as  Principal at Product Mind,  a Product Management Consulting Firm and Studio.

Claire is the Chief Product Officer at Optimizely, the world’s leader in progressive delivery and experimentation. Previously, she was the CEO and co-founder of Experiment Engine which was acquired by Optimizely in 2017.


Prior to launching Experiment Engine, Claire led product development for several startups and technology companies including Electronic Arts and BuildASign.com. Claire is an expert in high-velocity experimentation programs, product strategy and user experience, and a passionate advocate for women in technology.

Brent is a passionate digital leader with decades of experience as a general manager and running product management, design, engineering, pricing, and user research. Brent is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Parsley Health, a leading chronic disease care technology company, as well as a Venture Partner for Shasta Ventures where he serves on pre-public company boards. Prior to Parsley Health, Brent held executive Product roles at InVision, XO Group, and Udacity.  Brent is also a proud co-founder and organizer of the New York Product Conference.

Nate Stewart

Nate is the Chief Product Officer at Cockroach Labs, the makers of CockroachDB: the resilient SQL database powering the next generation of applications and services.


Before joining Cockroach Labs, Nate led the Web and Mobile application teams at Percolate, a marketing SaaS company that was later acquired by Seismic. He also worked as a Cloud + Enterprise product manager at Microsoft during their transition to a cloud-first strategy.


Outside of product, Nate has deep engineering experience, working as a lead back-end engineer at Bloomberg L.P. Nate has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from MIT, where he won the MIT $100k Business Plan Competition.

Dan Storms is a product leader based in NYC. He is currently Chief Product Officer at CookUnity, the first chef-to-customer meal delivery service. Previously he led the product and design teams at Updater, a startup that helps families with residential moving.


Prior to that, he was VP Product, Guest, at The Knot, running several product teams that managed industry-leading products in the space of registry, wedding websites, and guest management. He has also worked in software consulting (clients included industry-leaders Angie's List and RMS), startups (first class of Techstars NYC), and risk management (almost 10 years at JPMorgan Chase).


Dan graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Computer Science.

 

Victoria Teshome

Victoria is a Product Manager at Greenhouse Software where she currently manages a team building products to mitigate bias and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.


Prior to Greenhouse, she was at Facebook supporting the development of products and programs to limit the viral spread of misinformation across News Feed and the Facebook family of apps and to protect the integrity of elections across the globe.

Breana Jones is the Director of Web Product at VICE. She has a passion for storytelling and building engaging products for global audiences. Over the course of her career she has worked for major media companies from Fox Digital, to Disney and ESPN and finally VICE where she's responsible for the core site experience of VICE.com and other content sites. Her product philosophy always seeks to put the user first and she believes in empowering newsrooms and tech teams as they work together to build dope things.

With 20+ years of experience in tech, her career evolved from being a "webmaster" during the Internet 1.0 days to leading user experience design teams and research projects for The Knot, Urban Outfitters, and Pixable. She is a frequent speaker and panel moderator, engaging the tech community in discussions about offline-first design, humanitarian opportunities in digital spaces, and a more mindful, ethical approach to product development and design. 

Ray Flournoy

Ray Flournoy is a VP of Product at Etsy, leading "Make Etsy Safe Globally,” the product org which includes Payments, Checkout, Member Services, Trust & Safety, Legal Compliance, and International.  

 

Ray’s background is in internationalization and language technologies in particular.  Prior to Etsy, Ray worked in Globalization at Adobe and in International Product at Yahoo! Search, where he was the Product Manager for Babel Fish online translator.  Ray is Vice President of the Association for Machine Translation in the Americas.

 

Ray received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and graduated from Harvard with a dual concentration in Engineering Sciences and East Asian Languages & Civilizations.
